SeniorGuilherme Cardoso is a Head of Data Science & AI with 14 years of experience building production-ready ML and Conversational AI solutions, currently scaling data-science teams at Scotty Technologies to deliver generative and recruitment-focused systems. He blends hands-on engineering (Python, Go, cloud-native stacks) with architecture and MLOps discipline to operationalize LLMs, RAG, and NLP across Kubernetes/GCP/Azure environments. His background spans applied ML in telecoms, research on blockchain for clinical trials, and deep UNIX/security interests—he tinkers with server hardening and CTF challenges in his spare time. Comfortable across data engineering, model training, deployment and monitoring, he has a track record of turning research prototypes into robust, scalable services that balance cutting-edge tools with production constraints.
