Senior🎓
Top SchoolGuilherme Moreira is a seasoned Software Development Engineer based in São Paulo with 14 years in IT and six years focused on systems analysis and backend development. He has deep practical experience building and modernizing microservices using Java/Spring, Ruby on Rails, C#/.NET, and integrating legacy SAP systems with asynchronous messaging via RabbitMQ. At Locaweb he led migration and decoupling efforts, created CRM integrators and observability dashboards, and mentored mid- and junior developers; he now applies that breadth to product-scale engineering at iFood. Comfortable across databases (PostgreSQL, SQL Server, InfluxDB) and operations, he blends hands-on coding with operational upgrades and cross-team collaboration. A pragmatic problem-solver, he often favors converting synchronous processes into resilient asynchronous flows to improve scalability and maintainability.
