Top SchoolGuilherme Nicolini is a Senior Software Engineer with a decade of experience building backend services, driving test-first, clean-architecture practices, and leading teams to higher code quality. Based in São Paulo, he has guided transitions from desktop to web and helped adopt cloud-native patterns across stacks including .NET, Java/Quarkus, Docker/Kubernetes, and AWS/GCP/Azure. At Kenlo he led the backend team for a LandingPages module, delivering 10 APIs, 7 libraries and over 1,400 tests with 93%+ coverage, while championing Ports-and-Adapters and DDD to improve maintainability. Comfortable across Monoliths, Microservices and Event-Driven designs, he pairs architecture thinking with hands-on implementation and infrastructure expertise (service mesh, observability, CI/CD). His engineering roots go back to building a website in 1998, reflecting a long-standing, practical curiosity that fuels continuous learning and pragmatic design choices.
