Top SchoolGuilherme Paixão is a seasoned software engineer with nine years of experience building cloud-native systems, payment infrastructure, and blockchain integrations across fintechs and high-growth startups in Brazil. He’s delivered production-grade services at Nubank (including on-chain FIAT remittances and a USDC rewards program) and now contributes to engineering at Avenue, combining backend systems in Golang with DevOps and Kubernetes expertise. As a founder and engineering lead, he blends product-minded ownership with hands-on implementation across distributed systems, IaC, and observability stacks. Based in Rio de Janeiro and studying Computer Science at the University of São Paulo, he keeps a public code footprint (gists) and a practical philosophy of quality that shows in both platform automation and payments work.
