Summary
👤
Senior🎓
Top SchoolGuillaume Aubert is a pragmatic software engineer and technology leader based in the San Francisco Bay Area with 14 years of hands-on experience and a 20-year history delivering products that bridge technology, business, and people. He has led engineering teams and scaled systems at Meta after senior leadership roles at Move, Inc. and ThinkGeek, where he modernized inventory, payment, and checkout systems and solved large-scale operational challenges. Known for focusing on customer value and efficient team scaling, he mixes strategic leadership with daily engineering craftsmanship. Guillaume brings a playful practicality to problem solving—his anecdotes hint at a preference for tackling messy, real-world integrations rather than theoretical constructs. Trained in Information Systems Engineering at Mines de Nancy, he combines European engineering rigor with Silicon Valley delivery. He’s equally comfortable shipping code, reorganizing teams, and translating business goals into measurable technical outcomes.
