Top SchoolGuillaume Lederrey is an engineering manager based in Lausanne with 14 years of experience blending Dev and Ops to build scalable, automated platform services, currently leading Search Platform and DPE SRE at the Wikimedia Foundation. He brings deep Java/Spring and Linux expertise alongside configuration management and automation skills (notably Puppet at scale) and a background in performance, release and infrastructure engineering across startups, enterprises and international contexts. Guillaume is pragmatic and hands-on—comfortable moving between architecture, backend contributions and site reliability—and has improved reliability on open-source tooling such as jmxtrans. He prefers technically challenging roles that allow hardware choice and proximity to home, and he’s known for introducing disciplined practices like code review, CI/CD and systematic performance work across large teams.
