Senior🎓
Top SchoolGuillermo Perez is a founder and engineering leader with 11 years of hands-on experience building and operating resilient cloud and Web3 infrastructure for startups and enterprises. He designs and runs DevSecOps practices end-to-end—CI/CD, IaC, incident response, and on-chain operations—while leading distributed teams of senior engineers to deliver auditable, production-grade systems under investor and board-level expectations. Previously he led DevOps and security for Centrifuge and scaled mission-critical platforms at CloudLock and Skillsoft, cutting costs through rightsizing and vendor consolidation and embedding security controls like SLSA provenance and WebAuthn. Guillermo blends technical depth across Solidity, Terraform, GCP, Helm and Python with product-facing execution, translating business roadmaps into secure, operable infrastructure. He now runs IntegraFi, a boutique DevOps-as-a-Service studio focused on high-trust, team-based delivery for Web3 and fintech clients—a model that prioritizes continuity and full auditability. An engineer at heart, he pairs broad infrastructure experience with a founder’s appetite for pragmatic, high-leverage solutions.
