Senior🎓
Top SchoolGuneet Nagia is a Principal Engineer with over a decade of experience designing cloud-native, event-driven systems and APIs for enterprises. He has driven measurable performance gains—bringing P95 latencies below 200ms and improving query response times by up to 90%—while leading migrations from monoliths to microservices and serverless architectures. At Enphase he built real-time streaming and API gateway solutions, eliminated client polling with pub/sub patterns, and helped grow a key partner’s revenue by 60%. He combines hands-on coding across backend stacks (Spring WebFlux, Kafka, Pulsar, Flink, TimescaleDB) with people leadership, having mentored teams and run partner workshops. Now at Amadeus, he continues to focus on translating complex business requirements into pragmatic, scalable technical designs. A detail-oriented problem solver, he pairs performance tuning with practical operational improvements that reduce cost and risk.
