Top SchoolGusein Ismaiylov is a technical lead and entrepreneur with 10 years of experience building backend systems in Java and Node.js, currently serving as Technical Lead and Business Partner at Instrux Music and CTO of Unison. He designs and operates cloud-native architectures and payment infrastructures, having improved reliability, reduced costs, and sped deployments across companies like FxPro, Congrify, and Gemba. A creator of EHTML and nodes.js and founder of Unison, he blends product-focused engineering with open-source experimentation—building a procedural Node.js framework based on HTTP/2 and cluster APIs. He has deep hands-on experience across AWS and GCP, CI/CD, monitoring, and automation, and has driven migrations, offline-first features, and large-scale microservice orchestration. Based in Tbilisi with ties to Germany, he pairs pragmatic delivery (notably reducing Lambda costs and deployment times) with an appetite for tooling that streamlines developer workflows. Colleagues know him for solving thorny infra problems and turning creative ideas—like text-to-notation music generation—into resilient production services.
