Lisbon, Lisbon, Portugal
Summary
🤩
RockstarGustavo Porto is a pragmatic software engineer with seven to eight years delivering resilient, scalable systems across energy, AI, and finance domains from Lisbon. Certified by The Linux Foundation in Node.js, he builds end-to-end solutions—smart meter integrations for a UK green energy supplier, an AI-driven customer-reply tool, credit card applications, complaints management, and a secure document exchange system. He’s fluent in Node.js, TypeScript, and Python and routinely ships cloud-native architectures on Google Cloud with Kubernetes, Terraform, PostgreSQL and Nix. Gustavo enjoys designing distributed systems and automation, pairing developer ergonomics with production reliability, and has a rare practical focus on both customer-facing features and backend robustness.
