Rockstar🎓
Top SchoolGuy Edwards is a pragmatic CTO with 11 years of engineering experience building cloud-native, full-stack systems and leading teams from MVP to production. He combines deep front-end roots (React, RxJS) with backend and infra expertise in Go, Node.js, Kubernetes, Terraform and AWS/GCP, often automating repeatable work so teams can focus on outcomes. A builder-at-heart, he was the first engineer hired to shape product and hiring at Iconic AMaaS and has since led platform efforts at Medicspot and Arcspire. He balances hands-on coding with strategic leadership, moving between consultancy and executive roles to solve hard delivery and scaling problems. Based in the UK, he brings a consistent track record of bringing engineering standards and developer productivity improvements to growing organisations. Colleagues describe him as focused on the important things—and relentless about automating the rest.
