Top SchoolH T is a London-based software leader and advisor with 13 years of experience building product-focused engineering teams and shipping scalable web and embedded features. As co-founder and advisor at Narrow AI and a multi-role veteran of Tray.io, he blends hands-on engineering, technical leadership, and product thinking to accelerate deployment pipelines, PLG initiatives, and workflow builder experiences. He has a track record of turning early prototypes into revenue-driving products (helping an embedded product reach eight-figure ARR) and improving delivery practices like continuous deployment and monitoring. Comfortable across front-end, backend and data visualisation work, he learned functional programming and data viz practices early in his career at Silk, influencing how he approaches system design and clarity. He also brings unconventional operational experience from international travel and hands-on farm management, which honed practical logistics and team leadership skills. Currently focused on automating shared code understanding and design capture with CodeThread, he helps teams retain code knowledge as a background process while they build.
