Top SchoolHadir Garcia is an Operations Research Specialist and Senior AI Engineer with nine years of experience applying optimization, prescriptive analytics, and GenAI to logistics, transportation and supply chain problems. Based in Pará, Brazil, she has built production-grade Python backends, RESTful APIs and RAG/Agent-driven GenAI solutions for clients across finance, retail and healthcare, and led drone-route optimization research in collaboration with the Brazilian Navy. Her background blends academic rigor from a USP M.Sc. in logistics with hands-on system design—Gurobi, Pulp, FastAPI, Docker and cloud CI/CD—enabling end-to-end delivery from mathematical models to user-facing services. Hadir’s profile pairs deep vehicle‑routing and facility-location expertise with practical product work (co‑founder and full‑stack freelance projects), and she often connects research-grade optimization with pragmatic engineering to drive measurable operational improvements.
