Top SchoolHamza Rhazi is a Python Lead Architect based in Paris with 10 years of experience designing and shipping cloud-native data and automation platforms across finance and telecom. He has led cross-functional teams at Bank of America, BNP Paribas CIB and Orange, driving major migrations, rewrites and multi-cluster Kubernetes deployments while prioritizing observability and resilient API workflows. Comfortable from low-level algorithmic work to large-scale orchestration, he has built Terraform modules, CI/CD pipelines, Python frameworks for workflow migration, and automation tooling that reduced operational toil. A math-and-CS trained engineer, he brings rigorous problem-solving—illustrated by optimization and signal-processing work in freelance projects—to production-grade systems. He pairs hands-on coding with mentorship and technical writing, publishing practical guides on topics like multi-tenant schemas and migration patterns. Notably, his experience spans both research-grade ML/NLP work and enterprise-grade cloud platform engineering, a blend that helps translate models into reliable products.
