Summary
👤
SeniorHans Dijkema is an enterprise architect with 11 years of experience who currently leads the architecture and coherence of the Nederlandse Tunnelstandaard at Rijkswaterstaat, delivering structured standards for nationally critical infrastructure. He combines large-scale public-sector transformation expertise with hands-on systems thinking, having led prototype analytics work for ProRail to predict and optimize switch availability. Parallel to his technical career, Hans is a practicing classical homeopath since 2016, bringing a patient-centered, diagnostic mindset to both individual care and complex engineering problems. He has held leadership and advisory roles at Covalent, managing infrastructure consultants and guiding clients on pragmatic, auditable solutions. Based in Leusden, Hans uniquely blends institutional architecture practice with bedside-level empathy and classification-driven methodology from homeopathy, a pairing that informs his collaborative and human-centric approach to standards and system design.
