Top SchoolHans Hezri is a Senior MLOps Site Reliability Engineer based in Kuala Lumpur with a decade of engineering experience and a background that uniquely spans civil engineering and cloud-native reliability. He has led cloud migrations, CI/CD transformations, and cost-optimisation initiatives at scale—migrating repos to GitHub, moving workloads to arm64, and converting GitLab CI to Argo Workflows to boost deployment speed and resilience. At Setel he drove PCI DSS and BNM RMiT audits, built Prometheus/Grafana observability, and created Terraform modules that enabled developer self-service while cutting cloud spend. Now at GXBank he focuses on productionizing ML workflows and SRE practices, combining practical automation (Python/Bash) with governance and security-first thinking. His civil engineering past informs a systems-oriented, risk-aware approach to reliability and infrastructure design.
