Top SchoolHaritha Paul is a Software Engineer 2 based in Bengaluru with 9 years of experience building cloud-first solutions, CI/CD automation, and storage orchestration primarily using Microsoft technologies and Azure. She has a strong academic foundation (MTech, NIT Goa) and applied that to a master's thesis on optimization algorithms for profit maximization and delay minimization in data centers. At Dell she designed and implemented migration-enabler tooling and integrated C/C++ command-line utilities with REST-driven GUIs, while earlier roles saw her cut CI build times by 30% and sharply reduce deployment errors through PowerShell and Jenkins automation. Her background spans hands-on systems programming, telemetry-driven dashboard optimization using Kusto, and data-science internships researching anomaly detection and YOLO object detection. Energetic about new technologies and collaborative environments, she combines rigorous academic problem-solving with pragmatic production delivery.
