👤
SeniorHarsh Rana is an AI Lead and full-stack software engineer with a decade of experience building data-driven systems and operational ML products, currently based in Boston. He specializes in rapid iteration for early-stage startups, blending frontend (React, TS) and backend (Python, Go) expertise with production data engineering and ETL at scale. At Clasp he progressed from Fullstack Engineer to AI Lead, architecting multi-tenant platforms and mentoring teams while shipping business-critical analytics and visualization features. His background includes designing near-real-time pipelines at Bank of America and automating data quality and support workflows at ButcherBox, showing a strong pragmatism for reducing manual overhead. Passionate about personal finance and health, he pairs data science tools (Pandas, Scikit-learn, NLTK) with DevOps practices (Docker, AWS, Airflow) to move models from prototype to production.
