Senior🎓
Top SchoolHasan Aliyev is a systems-focused software engineer with 8 years of experience specializing in Python, Linux system programming, networking, virtualization and cloud/container technologies. He has built production automation and virtualization tooling across startups and scale environments—reducing server setup times by 98% with async Python and FastAPI, implementing GitOps with Rancher Fleet, and contributing to CPython and Canonical cloud-init. Comfortable across on-prem and cloud (AWS, Azure, Proxmox) stacks, he combines SRE/DevOps pragmatism with software engineering rigor, having shipped CI/CD, packaging, and kernel-adjacent features like cgroups/namespaces work. Currently active in roles spanning Virtuozzo, OnePoint.az and Insider, he favors backend, infra and virtualization projects and intentionally avoids frontend and crypto work. Colleagues rely on him to turn operational complexity into repeatable automation and clean, testable code. Based in Baku, he is an open-source contributor who balances deep systems expertise with a continuous learning mindset.
