Top SchoolHec Sanchez is a pragmatic engineering leader and founder with 10 years of hands-on experience building web and mobile products across startups and media companies. As Head of Engineering and serial founder, he blends architecture-first thinking with delivery velocity, having improved performance and shipped features at places like Pluto TV and multiple ventures he co-founded. Technically fluent across TypeScript, React/React Native, Vue, Node and AWS, he focuses on scalable front-end experiences and operationalizing product-grade systems. Born and raised in Mexico and adopted by the UK, he brings an international perspective to team and product design. He’s equally comfortable diving into code to prototype UX improvements and stepping back to steer architecture and growth.
