Senior🎓
Top SchoolHector Pulido is a senior software engineer and multidisciplinary AI practitioner with 8+ years building production ML systems, recommendation and search engines, and backend platforms for EdTech and startups. He combines a mechatronics and computational mathematics background with hands-on experience in Python, Rust, TensorFlow, PySpark and vector databases (Pinecone) to ship end-to-end AI products and conversational experiences. Hector has been a founding AI team member at Platzi, led multiple AI product initiatives at startups, and now runs an indie game studio while engineering at SwiftCX—bridging game development, teaching, and applied ML. An active educator with 50k+ students across courses on AI, Rust and multiplayer games, he uniquely pairs deep technical delivery with clear communication and community building. He also authors technical content on YouTube and contributes to open-source game and tooling projects, reflecting a bias toward reproducible, production-ready experimentation.
