Senior🎓
Top SchoolHemantkumar Certified is a Director and seasoned technical leader with 18+ years delivering digital transformation and legacy modernization for mission-critical UK public sector platforms. He combines hands-on full‑stack engineering (Python, Node.js, Java, React) with cloud-native architecture expertise—serverless, Kubernetes, Terraform—and a strong security posture (SC clearance, OWASP, OIDC/SAML). Known for architecting high-throughput data ingestion (real‑time processing of 1M+ records/hour) and modernizing legacy apps into resilient microservices, he consistently improves delivery velocity and reduces regression risk through CI/CD and test automation. He has led cross-functional teams for the Home Office, Ordnance Survey and commercial products like OS Maps and Sunny, balancing stakeholder-facing roadmap work with deep technical execution. A pragmatic mentor and systems thinker, he often bridges operational tooling and developer experience (Drone/Jenkins, SonarQube, Artifactory) to accelerate outcomes. Based in London, he runs Ultratek and brings both consultancy breadth and long-term product stewardship to complex, regulated environments.
