Top SchoolHengki Sihombing is a seasoned technology and operations leader with 13+ years of experience building and scaling mission-critical digital platforms across startups, fintech, and national government programs. He has led end-to-end design and delivery of national-scale ecosystems—marketplaces, payments, identity, fraud controls, and reconciliations—that serve millions of users and integrate with banks and e-wallets. As founder/CTO of Urbanhire he scaled the product to 1M+ users and 1,000+ enterprise clients, and later drove product and operational transformation for Indonesia’s Kartu Prakerja program. Hengki combines enterprise-grade systems thinking with startup speed, hands-on engineering roots, and deep payments/API architecture expertise. His background spans product, engineering and cross-functional leadership in highly regulated, high-accountability environments, and he pairs that with public policy training from Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy—useful when technology must meet national governance requirements.
