Top SchoolHenning Tillmann is a Berlin-based transformation lead, software engineer and designer with over a decade of full-stack development experience and a Diplom in Computer Science. He combines hands-on product and UX work with strategic change consulting, helping organizations rethink digital offerings and translate complex technical topics into clear, implementable solutions. As co-founder of Snaque he built a novel "playwall" monetization model for publishers, and his voluntary digital-policy work — including founding D64 and advising the German federal digital strategy — underscores his interest in how technology and society shape each other. Pragmatic, civic-minded and entrepreneurial, he blends startup agility with policy-level perspective to deliver digital products that are both usable and socially informed.
