Top SchoolHenrik Høyer is a seasoned CTO and serial founder with nine years of recent experience leading SaaS and scale-up transformations across logistics, e-commerce, and enterprise CRM domains. He combines hands-on engineering—migrating legacy .NET/WebForms stacks to .NET Core, Blazor, microservices and Kubernetes—with strategic product and go-to-market thinking that has driven multiple successful exits. Known for paying down technical debt, optimizing cloud cost and observability, and implementing company-wide security and GDPR practices, he thrives at the intersection of technology, operations and business. Henrik has repeatedly built and onboarded distributed teams and offshore partners, and has deep experience integrating complex ecosystems (payment terminals, RFID, financial systems, CIAM). Colleagues note his practical leadership style—he ships features, cleans up the stack, and often literally starts the music in the office. Based in Copenhagen, he blends Danish pragmatism with a knack for turning operational details into competitive product advantages.
