Senior🎓
Top SchoolHenrik Hussfelt is a seasoned technology leader and serial founder with 15+ years of experience building and scaling SaaS products, cloud infrastructure, and distributed engineering teams from Stockholm. Currently CTO/CPO at CoSafe and senior advisor at Euvic, he blends hands-on full‑stack and DevOps expertise with a coach-first leadership style that accelerates team autonomy and delivery. He has repeatedly transformed organizations through agile adoption, due diligence-led restructures, and future‑proof platform architecture across startups and high-growth companies. An autodidact technical creative, Henrik started his first internet business at 16 and maintains a knack for solving hard engineering and product problems pragmatically. Colleagues praise his relentless energy, calm judgment under pressure, and ability to multiply outcomes by developing people as much as systems. He combines deep cloud-native know-how (Terraform, Kubernetes, AWS) with a founder’s instinct for lean product-market fit and operational excellence.
