Senior🎓
Top SchoolHenrik Peinar is a seasoned Sr. Platform Architect with 13 years of hands-on experience building high-throughput, end-to-end platforms—from mobile apps and multi-terabyte XML pipelines to RDS PostgreSQL-to-BigQuery replication. He has led and executed full-stack rewrites, cloud migrations to AWS/Kubernetes, and multi-market launches for a preloved fashion marketplace, driving €30M annual GMV with an unusually lean engineering team. Comfortable toggling between infrastructure, backend, and product, Henrik pairs deep technical ownership with an acute sense for CEO-CTO dynamics and cross-functional priorities like growth, finance, and security. Known for pragmatic decision-making and strong communication, he scales impact through clear priorities rather than headcount. He remains active advising startups and building scalable apps at nodeSWAT while focused on marketplace platform excellence in emerging markets.
