Summary

Senior🎓
Top SchoolHenry Palacios is a Full-Stack Blockchain Engineer with a decade of hands-on experience building backend systems, Web3 interfaces, and DeFi products across EVM and Polkadot ecosystems. He blends deep backend expertise (Python, PHP, SQL) with modern front-end stacks (React/Next.js, TypeScript) to deliver performant on-chain UX for projects like Quickswap and ProtoFire. Henry’s background in systems engineering and early work managing data centers and networks gives him a practical appreciation for scalable, resilient architectures and operational constraints. He’s skilled in integrating smart contracts, multi-chain transaction flows, and on-chain indexing (TheGraph/Subquery), and increasingly applies ML to surface patterns and optimize systems. Fast-learning and organized, he often adapts toolchains to fit context rather than force a single stack, and pursues blockchain and finance experiments in his spare time. Based in Argentina, he combines product-focused engineering with a knack for making complex distributed systems feel intuitive for users.
