Summary
👤
Senior🎓
Top SchoolHenry S is an Infrastructure Engineer with a decade of experience building and shipping high-volume data processing systems on AWS and GCP, currently working on Core Services feature deployments at Stripe. He brings strong systems and tooling chops across C, Go, Python, Bash, and JavaScript, with deep knowledge of data structures, algorithms, data warehousing, and asynchronous/parallel programming. Henry’s background spans data engineering and platform roles at Ritual.co and GroupBy, giving him practical end-to-end experience from ETL and warehousing to deployment validation. Colleagues would describe him as deceptively steady—curious, easily distracted by odd projects, and likely to tinker with performance optimizations or unusual side experiments in his spare time. Based in Toronto, he pairs academic rigor (top grades in computer programming and plant sciences) with a playful, hands-on approach to infrastructure reliability and developer toolchains.
