Top SchoolHermerson Araújo is a Senior Software Engineer with seven years of full-stack experience building scalable fintech and investment products in Brazil. He has a strong focus on algorithms, code design, software architecture, and automated testing, and has repeatedly driven delivery improvements and cost reductions through pragmatic re-architecture and process changes. At allu he progressed from entry-level to technical leader, leading a team that grew an investment product from 400 to 3,000+ monthly users, increased deployment cadence, and boosted a self-service ROI 27x. He is comfortable across serverless AWS backends, payment gateway integrations, and operational automation, having automated credit and risk analysis to multiply throughput per analyst. Now at Codeminer42, he continues to blend hands-on coding with leadership in chaotic startup environments, favoring elegant, well-tested solutions that scale. An inquisitive generalist, he pairs creative problem-solving with a habit of mentoring and sharing best practices.
