Hidayt Rahman
New Delhi, Delhi, India
Summary
🤩
RockstarHidayt Rahman is a Software Engineer IV and frontend architect with over a decade of experience designing scalable web products and leading migrations from monoliths to micro-frontends. He blends hands-on implementation (React, TypeScript, NestJS) with strategic architecture—building BFF layers, design systems, CI/CD pipelines and automated performance audits to accelerate delivery. Known for growing teams and maintaining velocity, he has scaled frontend orgs and enabled independent deployments without disrupting core products. His work in digital banking emphasizes security-first, high-performance implementations and rigorous code quality practices. Comfortable switching between people, process, and code, he’s equally likely to write the BFF as he is to mentor engineers through architectural trade-offs. Based in Delhi, he brings a pragmatic focus on developer productivity rather than chasing the “coolest” tech.
