Top SchoolHien Vuong is a Senior Ruby on Rails developer with 11 years of experience building and operating scalable web applications from Ho Chi Minh City. He combines deep Rails expertise with hands-on AWS infrastructure design and optimization, routinely identifying and resolving backend performance bottlenecks for high-throughput systems. At ITviec he progressed from full-stack developer to senior engineer, leading feature delivery, code reviews, and infrastructure management. Earlier work on a large U.S. healthcare ERP exposed him to big-data challenges—millions of items and high-value requisitions—shaping his approach to reliability and scale.
