Top SchoolHillel Wayne is a software development consultant based in Chicago with 13 years of experience helping companies design complex systems that are cheaper, faster, and largely bug-free. He is a recognized expert in applying formal methods to real-world problems and runs corporate workshops that teach teams to eliminate severe bugs before coding. Author of Learn TLA+, Practical TLA+, and the Alloy documentation, he translates formal specification techniques into practical engineering practices. His Crossover Project explores whether software engineers truly behave like engineers, reflecting a thoughtful, systems-oriented perspective beyond typical consulting work. Outside of tech he juggles and makes chocolate, hinting at a playful, hands-on approach to problem solving.
