Top SchoolHisashi Soga is a Tokyo-based IT engineer and founder with over 10 years building and operating reliable infrastructure across on-prem and cloud (VMware, AWS, GCP). As representative of ant-in-giant and director at SRE-Next, he blends DevSecOps, SRE/CRE practices, and ITSM to deliver full-cycle engineering—from automation (Ansible, Fabric, Jenkins) and monitoring (Zabbix, Mackerel ambassador) to ISMS and internal IT support. His background spans systems development, operations and tooling work dating back to embedded and kernel-adjacent projects, giving him strong diagnostics and systems-thinking skills. He’s equally comfortable scripting deployments and shaping operational policy, with practical experience in PHP, Java, databases, and cross-platform environments. A self-described wanderer, he pairs hands-on engineering with community advocacy for observability and resilient operations.
