Top SchoolHonza Široký is a seasoned technology leader and CTO with 13 years of experience building cloud-native web platforms and scaling engineering organizations from early product to Series C and USD 100M ARR. He joined Mews as one of its first two developers and ultimately led a 170-person engineering organization that delivered a global hotel platform used by thousands of properties and hundreds of integrators. Now CTO at United Founders and an investment committee member and LP at Czech Founders VC, he combines operator experience with active angel investing and mentoring of early-stage founders and CTOs. His background spans full-stack development, backend systems, and industrial SCADA work, reflecting a hands-on engineer’s mindset even in senior roles.
