Senior🎓
Top SchoolHoracio Ibrahim is a product-focused technology leader and founder with 12+ years building and scaling data-driven product organizations across SaaS, govTech, B2B and B2C. He founded Sophyworks to close the practical gap he repeatedly saw between strategy and execution by architecting an AI-powered problem-to-delivery loop that links discovery, decision-making and traceable outcomes. Hands-on across product, data and infrastructure, he has led large government migrations, launched high-volume analytics platforms (processing >1B events) and shipped integrated developer tooling for MCPs and IDEs. Known for promoting “analytics by design” and ambidextrous product thinking, he blends mentoring and commercialization skills to turn complex requirements into measurable results. Based in Greater Brasília, he combines engineering depth with a systems mindset—describing himself as a “nexialista,” someone who connects disciplines to solve messy, cross-functional problems.
