Summary
👤
Senior🎓
Top SchoolHugo Nogueira is a seasoned technology leader and CPTO based in Berlin with 13 years of experience building and scaling product, engineering, and design organizations. He currently leads Complyance, having previously served as CTO and Venture CTO across startups and corporate ventures including BCG Digital Ventures, Tilda, and Flash Ventures. Hugo combines hands-on engineering roots—from early full‑stack work and a co‑founded ticketing startup—to strategic leadership in SaaS, fintech, and AI-enabled construction platforms. He excels at taking ideas from ideation to market through rapid iteration, team building, and pragmatic automation. Less obvious: he repeatedly operates at the intersection of product and technical execution, often stepping into hands-on roles to prototype core systems while shaping company-wide engineering culture. Fluent in cross-border teams and venture environments, he brings entrepreneurial grit and a track record of exits and scaled products.
