Top SchoolIbukun Dairo is a founder and principal engineer with nine years of experience building and scaling resilient, cloud-native systems across startups and global media platforms. He has driven observability and SRE transformations—authoring an organization-wide OpenTelemetry logging library at Paramount that cut incidents and MTTR substantially—and architected secure multi-tenant cloud infrastructure and CI/CD at Traive. As founder of Cuesoft he pairs product engineering with talent development, mentoring 80+ junior developers through CueTA and securing over $250k in cloud credits to accelerate AI-native projects. Now pursuing a PhD focused on multi-modal observability for fault prediction, he blends academic research with hands-on delivery to help companies integrate AI responsibly. Less obvious: he combines deep platform reliability wins with a persistent track record of turning mentorship and open-source initiatives into tangible business value for African engineering ecosystems.
