Rockstar🎓
Top SchoolIgbanam O is a software engineer with 14 years of experience who blends technical depth in Ruby/Rails, Python, Java/Scala and cloud-native systems with a people-first approach to processes and mentorship. He has led engineering teams and product efforts across startups and large platforms—driving network-deployment automation at AWS, serving Stripe, and building public-health tooling for global stakeholders at Resolve To Save Lives. Known for translating complex operational needs into reliable, production-ready systems, he also brings product sensibility from roles like Director of Digital Communications for a major arts festival. A mentor and organizer who introduced event-driven architectures, agile metrics, and CI/CD best practices, he pairs empathy and communication with hands-on engineering. Based in Ghana and trained as a Computer Engineering graduate from the University of Toronto, he describes himself less as a technologist only and more as a poet-person-programmer who values durable processes as much as elegant code.
