Senior🎓
Top SchoolIgnas Daukšas is a senior software engineer with 12 years of experience building backend and data systems from biometric SDKs to streaming platforms. He’s led backend development for a flagship ABIS product, helped platformize Apache Flink pipelines at Vinted, and now contributes at APPSCARD Group with a pragmatic, production-first approach. Comfortable across the stack, Ignas blends low-level integration experience (fingerprint scanners) with distributed data engineering and product-focused backend work. Based in Vilnius, he has a knack for finding the subtle failure modes others miss—hence his tongue-in-cheek summary about "introducing bugs one day at a time"—and turns those lessons into more resilient systems.
