Senior🎓
Top SchoolIgor Brites is a DevOps / Site Reliability Engineer with 11 years in IT who transitioned from backend web development to running resilient cloud infrastructure for fast-growing Brazilian fintechs and travel platforms. He has deep hands-on AWS experience—managing everything from S3, SQS and RDS to Kubernetes and Terraform-driven IaC—and advocates serverless patterns, building Lambda functions in Go and Python. At companies like MaxMilhas, Conta Azul, Inter and Transfeera he focused on keeping high-traffic systems online, automating CI/CD and converting infrastructure to code. Based in Santa Catarina, he pairs practical developer roots (PHP, Laravel, Symfony) with SRE discipline, which helps him bridge application design and operational reliability. An understated strength is his history of improving deployment pipelines and developer environments, from Vagrant and Docker to CodeDeploy and Bitbucket Pipelines.
