Top SchoolIgor Glotov is a Staff Software Engineer in California with 11 years of experience building high-performance iOS and Android products and leading engineering teams from startup acquisition to scale. He combines deep systems and mobile expertise—Java, Swift, Objective-C, Kotlin and C/C++—with a Master's in Cryptography, driving privacy-first ML and on-device Federated Learning at Meta and previously architecting VPN SDKs and CI/CD at AnchorFree. He has hands-on engineering chops (shipping crash‑free consumer apps, mobile SDKs, and on-device ads ranking) while also recruiting and growing teams, hiring 10+ engineers and interviewing 100+ candidates. A GNU/Linux power user who “knows how to exit VIM,” Igor blends product-minded engineering with security and privacy focus, shown by published acquisition of his startup TouchVPN and integrations with major partners like Verizon and McAfee.
