Top SchoolIgor Kovryzhkin is an engineering manager and former founder with 10 years of experience building consumer-facing mobile and web products, now focused on healthcare at Doctolib from Berlin. He has led cross-functional teams at scale—improving activation, retention and portfolio analytics—driving measurable outcomes like a 20% lift in engagement and single-digit percentage increases in conversion. Igor blends hands-on mobile engineering (iOS/Android, RxSwift/Combine, Kotlin, Jetpack Compose) with product ownership when needed, stepping into PO roles to keep delivery data-driven. As a repeat founder and CTO he has shipped hardware-connected products and early-stage startups, secured angel funding, and taken prototypes to major events like CES. He’s also proven at chapter and hiring leadership, improving CI/CD, QA and developer productivity while turning around team morale and enabling platform growth from millions to tens of millions of users. Based in Berlin with a PhD-level technical background from Kyiv, he pairs entrepreneurial grit with deep systems and mobile engineering expertise.
