Top SchoolIgor Silchin is a founder and CTO with 13+ years building and scaling web applications, combining hands-on development in PHP, Ruby on Rails and Python/Django with product-focused project leadership. He has over seven years of experience leading teams, opening and managing regional software branches, and delivering e-commerce platforms (including the AceFlex Cart/B2C/B2B suite) as well as custom PHP solutions. Comfortable across the stack—from C/C++ system tooling and COM/Win32 components to modern JavaScript frameworks—he emphasizes OOP, MVC and agile/scrum practices to drive maintainable, performant systems. Fluent in English and experienced in direct client engagement with US/EU customers, he routinely translates complex requirements into production-ready solutions. Beyond typical CTO duties, he brings a background in installer and low-level systems work, giving him an uncommon blend of infrastructure-level expertise alongside web product delivery.
