Rockstar🎓
Top SchoolIgor Zolotarev is a software engineer based in Berlin with 6+ years of hands-on experience designing and delivering high-load distributed systems and cluster orchestration. He has driven architecture and implementation for large-scale projects—most notably building a 3 TB, 500k rps solution for Megafon, integrating Raft into Tarantool Cartridge, and authoring a Prometheus-compatible metrics package with latency quantile collection. Igor blends deep academic training in applied mathematics with practical systems work, having taught probability theory, Python, and highload architecture while mentoring customers and speaking at conferences. His background spans networking firmware, supply-chain optimization, and production-grade Go and C/C++ system components, showing a rare mix of protocol-level detail and system-wide design. Colleagues value him for improving failover stability and for turning complex distributed algorithms into operational cluster managers and federation designs.
