Senior🎓
Top SchoolIhor Sierkov is a Frontend Tech Lead with 11 years of software engineering experience and a decade-plus focus on web and backend architecture, currently leading frontend at Mitiga from Krakow. He specializes in Angular, React and Web Components (Lit-Element), and pairs that front-end expertise with backend familiarity in Express, NestJS and Fastify to design pragmatic, maintainable stacks. Ihor has a track record of modernizing legacy systems and delivering advanced web patterns like micro-frontends and multi-window PWAs while balancing innovation with rational technical decisions. His career progression—from junior .NET roles through multiple leadership positions at EPAM and Grand Parade—reflects strong delivery at scale and hands-on mentorship. Practical, systems-minded, and comfortable across the full web stack, he often chooses solutions driven by team context rather than technology fashion.
