Summary
👤
SeniorIldar Manzhikov is a Technical Lead based in Tbilisi with 13 years of experience building and operating web and mobile systems, primarily using Ruby on Rails while regularly applying Go, TypeScript, and Python where appropriate. He combines hands-on full‑stack development with DevOps and cloud expertise—Kubernetes, Azure CI, ELK, and AWS feature across his projects—to ensure scalable, observable production systems. Ildar has led teams and shaped development practices for CRMs, mobile apps, and integrations with third‑party services, moving from individual contributor roles on Upwork to leading engineering at Frokostfirmaet. He is strong at translating stakeholder requirements into pragmatic architecture, establishing CI/CD and testing standards, and mentoring engineers. A pragmatic polyglot, he often bridges backend APIs and frontend UX needs while optimizing operational reliability—an engineer who still writes and reviews code while running the infrastructure.
