Top SchoolIlia Chibaev is a Solutions Architect and machine learning engineer with a decade of experience delivering high-performance ML and information systems for public sector clients across healthcare, transport, finance and intellectual property. He blends hands-on systems development in Python, C++, Rust and JavaScript with production deployment expertise using PyTorch, TensorFlow, ONNX+TensorRT and CUDA to optimize inference at scale. His work ranges from clinical risk models and NLP for patent analysis to economic cost–benefit studies and customer-facing full‑stack ML applications. After leadership roles in Australian public agencies and PwC, he moved into cloud and platform architecture with AWS and now Databricks, bridging government domain knowledge with cloud-native engineering. Comfortable translating policy-driven requirements into auditable, performant systems, he brings an unusual combination of economic analysis training and low‑level ML optimization experience. Located in Denmark, he focuses on turning complex regulatory and institutional problems into practical, deployable ML solutions.
