Top SchoolIlia Malkovitch is a product leader with 11+ years building and scaling B2B and B2C products across regulated healthcare, AI automation, adtech, and consumer media. He has led product strategy and teams at startups and large companies—helping one startup achieve a Google acquisition and driving multimillion-dollar revenue and high retention at Flatiron Health. Known for instituting product discovery, consumer science, and company-wide planning processes, he repeatedly turns ambiguous problems into measurable roadmaps and outcomes. At x.ai and Google he shipped user-focused ML features and conversation-based research that materially improved retention and engagement. Now splitting time between directing product at Availity and coaching startups, he combines hands-on technical roots (Columbia CS) with a proven ability to ramp quickly in new industries. An underrated strength is his track record of translating complex integrations and regulatory constraints into simple, scalable product experiences.
