Senior🎓
Top SchoolIlya Bystrov is a .NET Senior Developer with 9 years of professional experience and 7+ years focused on C# and the .NET ecosystem, skilled in building backend services, APIs and integrations across ASP.NET, WCF and Windows Forms. He has led teams and projects—from reimplementing high-performance ingestion services on AWS to shaping API lifecycle and documentation for mobile and web clients at Dodo Brands—combining hands-on coding with mentoring, code review and release duties. Comfortable across cloud and on-prem stacks, he has production experience with Azure, Kubernetes, CosmosDB, RabbitMQ, MySQL, MSSQL and enterprise tooling like Grafana and Kibana. Ilya excels at refactoring legacy systems and improving deployment and encryption workflows, having driven migrations (Liquibase→Flyway), unified deploy pipelines, and a PGP+KMS hybrid encryption approach. He’s pragmatic about quality, routinely writing unit/integration tests and API docs, and occasionally publishes technical writing for peers. Based in Saint Petersburg, he brings a steady mix of operational ownership and deep .NET craft to distributed, data-intensive projects.
